#ZaNzoga: tunegure “amabwirizwa” y’imborerwa

Hari abamaze gufata inzoga nk’ingaburo yo ku musi ku musi. Mbere bamwe muri bo, kuborerwa baramaze kubigira nk’umwuga ufise n’amabwirizwa awugenga.  Bakabigira ubuhizi, bibagira ko gukurikiza ayo mabwirizwa ata yindi nzira bibajanamwo atari iyo guhona. Muti gute ? Reka tuyasesangurire hamwe. 

1. Gukunda umwerera n’ivyeri kuruta uko wikunda wewe nyene

Iryo bwirizwa ririmwo ibintu bibiri bibabaje: gutonda mu kirabo imisi indwi ku ndwi, no kuvuza akaborerwe akandi. Hari abantu batigera bagira ibisibo mu birabo kiretse barwaye canke bafatiriwe bidasanzwe. Bose si imborerwa kuko hari abadasiba kunywa ariko bazi kwigerera. Hari n’abivugira ko umuti w’akaborerwe ari icupa, bagatako bakanawukoresha. Kwa kwongera ikibi mu kindi. 

4. Kuriha izo wanyoye, maze ugataha unyoye ideni ngo ni ryo rigira umugabo

Ibi hariho ababibamwo kenshi. Hari umuntu ashobora gukorera amahera, hanyuma yahembwa akayamarira mu kirabo yose mu mwanya muto gusumba uwo yamaze ariko arayakorera. Hari n’abafata amadeni kugira bikunde baborerwe. Birateye isoni.

Ababayeho gutyo bakwiye kwikebuka, bakama bibuka ko akanoti gakenerwa na vyinshi. Aho kukamarira mu nzoga, bakagakoresha ibikenewe bakongera bakaziganiriza kazoza. 

Bamenye kandi ko ideni ryo kuborerwa atari ryo rigira umugabo, ahubwo ko ideni ari iryo kwikura mu ngorane canke kurangura umugambi ngirakamaro.

5. Kunywa gushika aho akenge kadegera

Iri ni ihiganwa mu kabi. Hari abatemera ko banyoye batabanje gutakaza ubwenge. Hari n’abirata ko bashobora kunywa amacupa menshi kurusha abandi. Bakwiye kumenya ko uwataye ubwenge akora ibitaroranye. Agakora ivyo atokoze, akongera akavuga ivyo atovuze. 

Ayo mabwirizwa abayazi ni icumi. Makurumakuru ni ayo tuvuze. Hari n’umuririmvyi yayaririmvye. Ariko, ntiyayaririmvye ngo tuyagendere, ahubwo yagomvye akebure abayagendera. 

Abakunzi b’umusa, bakwiye kwibuka ko inzoga ari “nkura mu mubindi ndagukure mu bagabo.”
