Aujourd’hui j’ai choisi de vous partager un des billets que j’ai \u00e9crit sur la plateforme de blogging YAGA-BURUNDI, qui est un collectif de blogueurs burundais. C’est un sujet particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressant que j’avais choisi de traiter et qui donne mati\u00e8re \u00e0 r\u00e9flexion.<\/p>\n

\"femmeAu Burundi, les probl\u00e8mes entre fr\u00e8res et s\u0153urs sur des questions li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00e9ritage sont fr\u00e9quents. Mais ceci devient encore plus compliqu\u00e9 quand l\u2019un des enfants est soup\u00e7onn\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre n\u00e9 hors mariage.<\/p>\n

\"grandsAvoir un enfant hors mariage est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un d\u00e9shonneur pour la famille au Burundi. Lorsqu\u2019une jeune femme tombe enceinte en dehors des liens sacr\u00e9s du mariage, le regard de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 envers elle change. Elle a parfois du mal \u00e0 trouver un mari lorsque le p\u00e8re de cet enfant ne la prend pas pour \u00e9pouse. Lorsqu\u2019elle trouve un mari, l\u2019enfant qu\u2019elle a eu hors mariage reste souvent chez les grands parents notamment dans les milieux ruraux. Dans la plupart des cas, c\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9poux qui oblige la m\u00e8re \u00e0 laisser son enfant chez ses parents.<\/p>\n

Que faut-il en penser\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"enfants2\"Le mari de la jeune femme ne veut pas \u00e9lever cet enfant car n\u2019\u00e9tant pas de son sang, cela pourrait engendrer plus tard des probl\u00e8mes d\u2019h\u00e9ritage. Mais si le mariage est avant tout une relation d\u2019amour, l\u2019on serait en droit de se demander comment le futur \u00e9poux peut obliger sa femme \u00e0 abandonner l\u2019enfant qu\u2019elle a eu avant de le rencontrer au lieu de l\u2019\u00e9lever comme son propre enfant. D\u2019ailleurs ne dit-on pas en kirundi \u00ab\u00a0Nta ndagukunda nkakwankira umwana\u00bb\u00a0?<\/em> (\u00ab\u00a0Il n\u2019y a pas de je t\u2019aime toi, et non ton enfant qui compte\u00bb).<\/p>\n

Des questions sans r\u00e9ponses<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"femmeLes enfants n\u00e9s hors mariage n\u2019ont-ils pas droit \u00e0 une famille\u00a0eux aussi? Parce qu\u2019il est difficile pour les filles-m\u00e8re de trouver un mari, peut-on dire que ces femmes sont capables de tout pour fonder un foyer\u00a0? Sont-elles dans l\u2019obligation d\u2019accepter de confier l\u2019\u00e9ducation de leur enfant \u00e0 leurs propres parents\u00a0? Ou alors faut-il accepter de rester c\u00e9libataire plut\u00f4t que d\u2019accepter de se s\u00e9parer de son enfant?<\/p>\n
