#KwitunganirizaImigambi : kwigana, vyica benshi, bigakiza bake

Kubera kubura inyigisho zikwiye n’uguherekezwa mu vyerekeye kwitunganiriza imigambi, urwaruka rufise umwete wo kubikora rusanga ruguye mu mutego w’urwiganwe, rugahereza guhomba. Mariko* ni umwe mu baruguyemwo. Aratuyagira.

Co kimwe n’abatari bake, narize kaminuza ndayirangiza, ndarondera akazi ndahebura. Ariko mu nyuma haheze nk’umwaka, naragize amahirwe  ndagwa ku kiraka, maze ndaronka uduhera dukeya.

Ni ko kwigira inama yo kurondera umugambi  noyakoresha, kugira ndabe ko nokwiyungunganya; nkareka kuja ndazera inze. Kuko nari nabonye ikintu atabandi bariko barakora muri ako gace, naciye mpitamwo kwugurura inzu y’iyandikiro (secrétariat public). 

Abakiriya baragwiriye. Ndatera imbere kugeza n’aho ntangura gukoresha abakozi, kuko ntari kuvyishoboza jenyene. Ayo nahora nkura muri ka kazi naheba, nayakuba gatanu. Ndavuga nti ubuzima ni ubu. Abagenzi twiganye bose barantamarira ; abakuze nabo bakantangako akarorero.

Ba bagenzi, baza gukora ivyo nahora nkora, aho nyene i ruhande yanje, abakiriya bo batiyongereye. Ibiciro bagahindagura uko bishakiye, karaba akajagari. Maze nk’amezi atatu nkora, imashine zitangura gupfa. Ivyo vyiyongera ku kuriha inzu, abakozi, impapuro, amatagisi, n’ibindi. Ndavuga nti aha si ahanje. Mpomba uko. 

Urwiganwe

Iyo ndwara ireze mu rwaruka, vyagera mu batagira akazi ho bikaba ibindi. Kumbure kubera ubwoba bwo guhomba, uwuronse agatahe wese, agerageza kuraba ico abandi bakoze bakunguka, akaba arico akora. 

Benshi bibwira bati : « Ko naka yakoze ibi agatera imbere, nanje nobikora noshika harya ashitse canke nkamusumvya. » 

 Ikibabaje, bose baca bagomba gukora kumwe. Nta wugira ico yongerako, nta wugira ico akurako. Bakibagira ko baba bariko biyicira isoko. Abadandaza baca baba benshi gusumba abaguzi.

Nama ntangara iyo ndavye irya n’ino mu makaratiye y’aha i Bujumbura. Muri amwe amwe, buri rupangu usanga rufise akadirisha k’idandarizo. Ugasanga ibidandazwa ni bimwe kuri bose: amavuta, umunyu, isabuni, ikibiriti, imikate, n’ibindi. Aho, simvuze ingene umengo ihiganwa rigezweho ku bafise amikoro manini ni ukugurura ububare; nk’uko womengo Uburundi buzotezwa imbere n’ukugura n’ukudandaza inzoga cane cane. 

Twisubireko

Ba sogokuru bayamaze bati: « Uwushaka akeza aragahebera » ; igihugu cacu kirakeneye integuro yagutse, ijanye n’ugufasha Abarundi mu vy’ukwitunganiriza imigambi; na cane cane urwaruka. Nanje nadavyemeza, ukwitunganiriza imigambi ni yo nzira yonyene ishobora gutorera inyishu irama ikibazo c’ikena ry’akazi mu Burundi. Ko ari ivyo rero, ababijejwe nibabitunganye neza, kugira ntibihore ari akananirabahinga ku bategerezwa gufata iyo nzira.
